EXCHANGES & RETURNS

 
 
 
  • We will do everything we can to ensure you are entirely satisfied with your candy purchase from Bumbledukes or Daisy Duke's American Candy Store.
  • If there is a problem with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days and refund the price of the item and the original delivery charge. We will cancel your transaction and you will receive a full refund on receipt of the goods.
  • Please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery if you wish to return an item for refund.
  • For health reasonsand in accordance with distance selling regulations, we do not ordinarily accept any candy for a refund unless it has been damaged in transit.
  • We do however, recognize that there are exceptions to every rule and certain situations may arise where a refund is reasonable.
  • We will pay return postage costs and refund original P&P costs when the item is being returned because it is defective, isn’t as described, or it was damaged in the post.
  • Unfortunately, Bumbledukes or Daisy Duke’s American Candy Store cannot accommodate exchanges.
  • If you have found an alternative product that you prefer to your original purchase, please return your original candy order and place a new order for the item you desire.
  • We will alert you once your return is processed and you are refunded.
  • Please note – Bumbledukes or Daisy Duke’s American Candy Store does not cover the cost of return postage unless the item being returned is defective, it isn’t as described or has been damaged in the post.

  • Please indicate the product name, order number and reason for your return.
  • Please note, original order shipping costs are not refundable or transferable.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns.
  • Please use a reliable carrier for your return and ensure you have a tracking number.
  • Bumbledukes or Daisy Duke’s American Candy Store cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost return shipments.
  • Please allow a minimum of 21 days to process your refund.
  • Please note: Bumbledukes or Daisy Duke’s American Candy Store cannot be held responsible for gift products or candy items delivered to incorrect addresses due to the sender providing incorrect address information.
  • Bumbledukes or Daisy Duke’s American Candy Store cannot be held responsible for product quality problems/or damages caused by mis-handling by the recipient.
