We will do everything we can to ensure you are entirely satisfied with your candy purchase from Awesome Candy Co.
If there is a problem with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days and refund the price of the item and the original delivery charge. We will cancel your transaction and you will receive a full refund on receipt of the goods.
Please contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery if you wish to return an item for refund.
For health reasons, we do not ordinarily accept any candy for a refund unless it has been damaged in transit.
We do however, recognise that there are exceptions to every rule and certain situations may arise where a refund is reasonable.
We will pay return postage costs and refund original P&P costs when the item is being returned because it is defective, isn’t as described, or it was damaged in the post.
